To confirm and complete the booking and ensure the availability of the accommodation selected for the chosen dates, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount as a deposit.
Siciliacasevacanze.com reserves the right to communicate within 48 hours the possible change, modification or refusal of the reservation made, returning the amount paid immediately
Method of payment of the deposit and security deposit
The deposit will be 30% of the total amount of the stay. It can be paid in the following ways:
– Bank transfer (bank details will be reported in the booking confirmation email);
– Online payment by credit card.
– The data of a valid credit card will be requested to guarantee the conditions of the accommodation.
– In case of payment by credit card it will not be necessary to provide additional credentials as guarantee.
Cancellation terms
Cancellation can be made without penalty up to 60 days before arrival.
The cancellation made within a period of time between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit equal to 30% already paid during the booking phase.
Failure to show or cancel less than 30 days before arrival will result in the full amount being charged.
Balance
The full amount will be requested upon arrival. Currency exchange is not carried out.
City tax
Where due 0.75 euros per day per person, children up to 12 years free
